1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to pioneersveneers.com and all related services operated by Pioneers Veneers LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Pioneers Veneers provides custom-made, aesthetic clip-on veneers. All products are made based on customer-provided impressions and information.
Products are:
For cosmetic purposes only
Not medical or dental treatments
Not a substitute for professional dental care
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or place an order.
4. ORDER ACCURACY
You agree to provide accurate:
Name
Shipping address
Billing information
Contact details
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
5. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in USD
Prices may change at any time without notice
Orders must be fully paid or enrolled in a valid payment plan before production
If payments fail:
Orders may be canceled
Products may not be delivered
Collection action may be taken if necessary
6. CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY (IMPORTANT)
All veneers are custom-made based on your impressions.
Because of this:
No refunds on completed products
Fit issues caused by poor impressions are the customer’s responsibility
We may offer remakes at our discretion
7. IMPRESSIONS RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for:
Following instructions carefully
Submitting accurate impressions
We are not responsible for poor results caused by incorrect impressions.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Impression kits: 3–5 business days
Final product: approx. 21 business days after receiving impressions
We are not responsible for:
Shipping delays
Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
Carrier-related issues
9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds apply only under specific conditions:
Before Impression Kit Ships:
Full refund minus $15 processing fee
After Kit Ships:
Unopened: refund minus $30
Opened: refund minus $60
Refund requires returning the kit within 10 business days.
10. WARRANTY
We provide a 14-day manufacturer warranty for defects only.
This does not cover:
Normal discomfort
Improper use
Incorrect impressions
11. USE & CARE DISCLAIMER
Improper use may result in:
Discomfort
Gum irritation
Fit issues
If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All products and services are provided “as is.”
Pioneers Veneers is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Personal dissatisfaction
Improper usage outcomes
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by Pioneers Veneers LLC.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.
15. GOVERNING LAW
